The 20 Minute Tempo Run
Here's what you do: Warm up for 15-20 minutes, stretch as you need and do some striders. Next, do 20 minutes at your tempo pace. To calculate your tempo pace you take a recent 5K time and add 20-30 seconds to the pace per mile. Follow this up with some strides and a 15 to 20 minute cooldown.
